Welcome the day with a special Sunrise Yoga event at The Gateway Hotel, Dundalk, on Saturday 22nd August.

Taking place on the hotel's rooftop, this early morning session offers an opportunity to begin the weekend with calm, movement and connection while supporting an important local cause. Participants are asked to bring their own yoga mat, with light refreshments served afterwards in the hotel lobby.

Donations are welcome in aid of SAFE – Suicide Awareness For Everyone, helping to support suicide prevention and mental health awareness in our community.
