The building blocks of life are all around us – and within us. Earth and Fire, Wind and Water Tiny atoms, and big ideas The sky above, the earth below, the world around us. We explored these themes through movement and art with Quigong workshops led by Nessa Ryan and Arts Workshops with Orla Barry.

The writers gathered here from Encore Productions and RehabCare Dundalk then took a leap of imagination- turning movement and image into poems of richness and beauty. Well-known local actors will lend their voices to the words while some surprise musical guests will weave a tapestry of sound around the words. Short films will present art and poetry readings filmed in the beauty of the natural world.
