🍂✨ Reflect • Release • Renew this Samhain in Cooley ✨🍂

As the seasons change and we move into the darker months, take some time to connect with yourself, nature, and your community.

Join Cooley Connect Well throughout November for a wonderful programme of wellbeing, creativity, movement, walks, talks, workshops, and cultural events across the Cooley Peninsula. From yoga and wellness classes to foraging talks, wool felting, guided walks, dancing, and Samhain traditions, there's something for everyone.

Whether you're looking to try something new, meet like-minded people, or simply take a moment to pause and recharge, they would love to welcome you.

See poster below for the full programme.
